Warrior Camp's Proving Grounds series continued on May 16th with a 14-bout amateur MMA card at the HUB Sports Center in LIberty Lake WA. In the main event, Warrior Camp's own Allan Nickolauson sucessfully defended his 145 lb Title with a 3rd round armbar submission of a tough Tyler Popkin.







In the Co-main Event, Legacy MMA's Gillian "Valkyrie" Noll and Warrior Camp's Karina Carpenter battled it out in a female 135 lb matchup with Noll getting the victory via a 2nd round rear naked choke.








The other 12 fights on the night saw a mix of submission and TKO finishes, plus two bouts going the distance.
