Come join us for a great day of competition in a fun modified mixed martial arts format. The format of this tournament allows the participant to use kicks, punches, throw/takedowns, pins and submissions in a controlled way. This is one of the best formats for being able to use a variety of techniques, while keeping all of the competitors as safe as possible. Let us emphasize that this is not a full-contact, knock out style tournament. For all of the details, please check out the rules link below. Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place, and participation medals for all other competitors. 

Tournament Rules: This is a Modified Mixed Martial Arts Tournament that allows kicking, punching, throws/takedowns, pins/hold downs, and submissions while wearing a gi/kimono and protective gear. It is a controlled contact format that is geared towards creating a fun test for your martial arts skills in as safe a manner as possible.
