Weigh-ins for UFC on FOX: Henderson vs Diaz were held Friday Dec 7th at the KeyArena at the Seattle Center in front of an enthusiastic crowd of NW fight fans. Main Event fighter, UFC Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson came out wearing a #20 Gary Payton Seattle Sonics jersey to the delight of the crowd and made weight without any problem. Nate Diaz weighed in at 155.6 lbs and as there is no 1 pound allowance for Championship fight in Washington State, he has two hours to cut the .6 lbs. Two additional fighters did not make weight in Henry Martinez who was 2.8 lbs over and Raphael Assuncao who was .6 lbs over.

A late change to the card came today when Lightweight Tim Means injured himself by slipping in the sauna and hit his head as he was cutting weight. His opponent Abel Trujillo will now fight Marcus LeVesseur who himself lost an opponent when NW Fighter Michael Chiesa has to pull out due to illness early in the week.

The main card of UFC on FOX 5 will be airing live on FOX TV at 5 PM PT. The preliminary card will start at 1:20 PM PT and will be streamed on UFC's Faceboook page with NW fighters John Albert and Scott Jorgensen battling each other at 135 lbs. The remaining 6 preliminary bouts will air on FX starting at 2 PM PT.
