Boom Fitness & Rise Above MMA are proud to present their first ever Mixed Martial Arts Seminar which will be held at Boom Fitness on Sat January 14th, 2012. Sponsored by NW Fightscene, this super seminar is being coached by two great MMA fighters who have reached the absolute top in the world of Mixed Martial Arts: Miesha "Takedown" Tate & Bryan "Kid Lightning" Caraway. They will give a two hour MMA clinic on the little secrets that have helped Miesha get to Strikeforce and earn the 135lb World Title & Bryan to reach the UFC after being a Semi-finalist on The Ultimate Fighter.

There will be two time slots for the January 14th seminars: one at 9 AM and one at 1 PM. The cost is only $40 if you reserve your spot with payment by calling Boom Fitness at 503-684-8151, otherwise it is an extra $5 dollars the day of the seminar. Space is not guaranteed. Each seminar is a full two hours with two great MMA fighters. You can sign up to do both seminars for only $80 - that's four hours for less than a hundred bucks!
