Spokane Showdown - January 28th, 2012

The first Spokane Showdown of the year went down January 28th with a full lineup of young NW talent translating their time spent in the gym into lots of solid action for fight fans at the East Central Community Center. A total of 16 amateur fights took place, including two title bouts. Heavyweight Riley Palmer took home the title with a 2nd round TKO of Kasey Eslick. Wayde Rabidue won the 145 lb belt with a TKO of Lukas Carson just over a minute into the 2nd round. The Fight of the Night went to Tyler Campbell and Austin Dallman who engaged in a war into the 3rd round where Campbell finally TKO'd Dallman. KO of the Night went to Brant Stevens with a brutal right hand to the body of Dylan Ellison. Submission of the Night went to Jake Walker with an armlock on Austin Gilliland.
