Rumble @ The Roseland 82 in Portland, OR

Press Release from The Full Contact Fighting Federation

On Saturday, June 13th the FCFF will host two Pro MMA Fights and three edge-of-your seat FCFF Title Fights at Rumble @ The Roseland 82. This event will truly showcase the wide range of talent in Portland's 145-pound division. Three key fights in the featherweight division include: a Pro Fight, FCFF Title Fight and a female FCFF Title Fight. Bryan Nuro also returns in a 160-pound Pro Fight and two top contenders vie for the FCFF's 185-pound Title. Doors open at 6pm at the roseland theater, fights begin at 7pm. Tickets available at Cascade Tickets, Bridge City Fight Shop or at the door on fight night. Updated fight card information available at www.thefcff.com.

The FCFF's 145-pound Featherweight Championship will pit the current 150-pound Superfight Champ, Nate Sarate against Kevin Boehm who is extremely hungry. At the last Rumble event Boehm lost the Championship belt to Dave Robison via a heartbreaking round three TKO due to an unfortunate freak injury. He's out to prove that he's a true Champion. Sarate, will be putting his 5-0 undefeated record on the line to attain his goal, an FCFF Championship belt.

The FCFF's female 145-pound Champion, Leanne foster from Impact JJ will make her second title defense attempt against April "Out4Blood" Santa Anna. Foster first became Champion at Rumble @ The Roseland 72 where she beat Veronica Wilson via an armbar submission victory. Then, she competed in back-to-back "Battle at the Mountain" events against Kirsten Allen and Holly Thorpe. The fight against Thorpe was not a title fight due to not making weight. All three of Foster's last wins have come from exciting round one victories.

The 145-pound Pro Fight scheduled for Rumble @ The Roseland 82 on Saturday, June 13th brings back one of the FCFF's past champions and crowd favorites: Justin Mark. In 2010 and 2011 Mark was the FCFF's Champion. He turned pro in 2013 and most recently earned a victory over Shane Sargent at SFL 40 in a round one win via rear naked choke. He will face Carson Frei, another previous FCFF Champion. Frei held the FCFF Championship belt in September of 2014 after he beat Steven Lantry at Battle at the Mountain 2 via a round one rear naked choke.

There is much anticipation to see Bryan Nuro in his second pro fight. Nuro will face Raven Guice at Rumble @ The Roseland 82. Nuro, who had a stellar amateur career of 8-0 and four FCFF Championship belts turned pro at the FCFF's last event: Rumble @ The Roseland 81 on April 18th. There he took on Hamilton Ash and won via judges decision. He will battle Raven Guice at a 160-pound catchweight.

The FCFF's 185-pound Middleweight Championship belt is also up for grabs as John Simon of Rose City FC will face Jaysun Frost from Eugene, Oregon. Simon has held the FCFF's Middleweight Championship belt in the past from back-to-back Rumbles in 2013. He first earned it in March of 2013 by defeating Jake Smith, then defended his Title at Rumble @ The Roseland 71 against Jose Rodriguez via a final round TKO. Jaysun Frost will make his FCFF debut, bringing two previous wins via TKO from other organization to the cage.
