A+ Promotions and Team Evolution MMA returned to Clover Park Technical College with The Peninsula Throwdown 5 "Battle of the Best" which featured 13 exciting amateur bouts to a packed house, including 4 title fights and 9 other show-stopping matchups. United Training Center's Corey Watson defended his 170lbs tile against Coaches Corner's Steven Pederson. Broke Bottom Brawlers/Team Evolution MMA's Jesse Barich pulled off the win against House of Stone's Jame Pollard for the 145lbs title. United Training Center's Damien Shehan submitted Full Circle Fight Club's Ron Boutilier for the 155lbs Title, and Team Evolution MMA/MABJJ's Mike Devose lost his 185lbs title to House of Stone's Antonio Fuentez after 3 hard fought rounds.
