On July 14th, Portland's own Pat "Bam Bam" Healy will be fighting Mizuto Hirota at 155 lbs on the Strikeforce Rockhold vs Kennedy card, happening at the Rose Garden Arena in PDX. Healy, a top Strikeforce contender at 155 lbs, spoke to NW Fightscene a few hours before weigh-ins about the bout with Hirota, his training with BJ Penn in Hawaii, what it means to be fighting in front of his hometown fans and family, and much more...
