Northwest Fighting
and promoter Bart Smith set up shop May 30th at the
Northtown Mall in Spokane for the first ever Northtown
Showdown. A whopping 18 amateur Mixed Martial Arts cage
fights were held in
front of a racuous sold-out crowd. In the main event for
the Northwest Fighting Flyweight Title, Anthony Vela out
of the Lion's Den Idaho earned a hard fought decision
after five rounds over Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Spokane's Keith
Hansen.
 
Northwest Fighting hold their next show on July
18th.
