World Jiu-jitsu Champion and 6th degree Blackbelt Rigan Machado is offering

two seminars at Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Spokane on Sat. Feb 9th.

The adult seminar will be from 11am-2pm. Prof. Rigan will cover Gi and No-gi techniques for BJJ and MMA competition, including half-guard and X-guard techniques he and his brothers have used to win the BJJ Mundial, Pan-Ams and ADCC Submission Grappling Championships.

The seminar for kids is from 2pm-4pm, and will cover Jiu-jitsu techniques

for fun and competition.
