King of the Cage capped off a great year of fight events at the Coeur d'Alene Casino with yet another fantastic show on November 19th. In the main event, NW MMA legend Dennis "Superman" Hallman took on local favorite "Iron" Will Noland in 193 lb catchweight bout. At the bell, Hallman worked to get Noland on the ground, but Noland let his fists decide otherwise, getting Hallman against the cage and unleashing a barrage of punches that knocked out Hallman at 2:38 of the first round.
Jamelle Jones picked up his fourth straight win with a quick TKO of Matt McOmie at the 1:38 mark of the first round. Jones moves to 6 and 2 as pro with the victory.
Spokane's Josh "The Finisher" Rettinghouse finished Lupe Hudgens with strikes on the ground for the TKO win at 1:12 of the first round. Rettinghouse is now 11-4 as a pro.
AKA's Travis Smith got the W via unanimous decision - 30-27 across the board - over Matt Goff in an entertaining lightweight battle.
A pro 130 lb matchup saw Zach Skinner and Zane Douglass engage in total mayhem for close to two solid rounds before Skinner finally secured a fight-ending guillotine choke of the durable Douglass at the 4:29 mark of the 2nd.
Eric Cronkhite moved his pro record to 2-0 with a TKO of Eric Bothwell at 1:13 of the first round in a 148 lb catchweight bout.
In an amateur 140 lb female fight, Yumi Matsumoto and Gillian Noll engaged in a slug-fest with Matsumoto getting the better of Noll and the TKO stoppage with just five seconds remaining in first round.
The fastest fight of the night was in the amateur heavyweight division and saw Nick Masonholder come out at the bell and blast Brian McConville for the TKO stoppage at just 13 seconds in.
In an amateur matchup, Kola Shippentower utilized her punching power to garner the TKO stoppage of Taylor Pecha late in the 2nd round.
The event's opening fight was a catchweight bout at 149 lbs where a determined Matt Main got an early takedown of Jessie Jacobsen and then the TKO finish via ground strikes at 1:07 of the first.
