King of the Cage, Inc, Magnaflow Exhaust products and Lucas Oil presents, "Breaking Point" -- Thursday, August 23rd at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel located in Worley, Idaho. King of the Cage returns to the Coeur d'Alene Casino with thirteen action-packed mixed martial art fights. "Breaking Point" will be showcasing the best MMA talent that the Northwest has to offer. This event will be recorded for national television broadcast.
Trevor Prangley vs. Brandon "Loose Cannon" Anderson 205lbs - Trevor Prangley comes in to this fight ready to to use his skills and vast experience to be victorious over a much younger Brandon Anderson. Anderson is a fast, strong opponent who sees his youth and speed in the cage as his advantage. He feels that this is his time to rise up and make a name for himself as a fighter unafraid to face anyone, including Trevor.
Lyle "Fancy Pants" Beerbohm is now confirmed to fight in addition to this already stacked card. Lyle Beerbohm returns to the King of the Cage ready to take on Kenny Ento, a Tacoma Washington native and transplant to the Central California area. Kenny has never been able to fight in this part of the country and is eager to be in front of his friends and family who still reside there.
Lyle, a resident of Spokane, Washington and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has fought all around the country and went 16 fights before his first defeat. Kenny, who began his fight career with the WEC promotion, sees this invitation to fight for King of the Cage as a great opportunity that places him back on the nationally televised fight circuit, and sees Lyle as one of his toughest challenges. Both of these fighters are great submission specialists and we look forward to seeing these two combatants fight outside their comfort zones by keeping it standing and banging all the way to the end.
Lee "American Bulldog" Morrison vs. Drew "The Eternal Fire" Brokenshire 145lbs - Lee Morrison makes his debut with KOTC, but is no stranger to MMA. Lee is a relentless fighter with limitless cardio whose matches are nothing less than explosive. The Bulldog faces an equally matched opponent in Drew Brokenshire. Drew has the true heart of a fighter and a "no give up" mentality as he has racked up four straight victories in a row. The Eternal Fire looks to come straight forward and press the American Bulldog for a victory.
"Iron" Will Noland vs. George Stork 185lbs - Will Noland looks to come back from a loss in his last KOTC event that had everyone on their feet. Will believes his extreme cardio, heavy hands, and his "never surrender" mentality will allow him to pound out a victory. George Stork also coming off a loss at KOTC showed impressive skill and an indomitable heart who fought Trevor Prangley into the 3rd round before losing to a choke. Georges stand up and ability to control his opponent is his key to handing Noland a second defeat.
Zach Lari vs. Brandon Steadman 135lbs, Jordan Cook vs. Brett Boksa 145lbs, Jacob Harkness vs. Sam Carney 160lbs, Josh Rettinghouse vs. Joseph Cleveland 135lbs, Jake Lindell vs. Trevor Robb 155lbs, Chris Florea vs. TBD 205lbs, Tanner Weisgram vs. Forrester Seip 185lbs, Jed Allen vs. Alan Nicolauson 135lbs, John Hale vs. TBD 145lbs.
