The
International Fight League invaded the Flying Pig in downtown
Everett this afternoon holding the official weighins for tomorrow
nights fights at the Everett Events Center. The mood was
festive, befitting the beautiful weather outside, as all
fighters from the Wolfpack, Sabres, Anacondas, and Tiger
Sharks made weight.
Besides
capturing all the action seen here, the crew from NW
Fightscene Magazine handed out a number of copies of our
newest issue (#3), fresh from the printer, featuring
the cover story on MMA/Kickboxing Legend and Tiger Sharks
coach, Maurice Smith. Also, included in the mag is a
great interview with charismatic Wolfpack Welterwight,
Mike Dolce, and a piece on long-time Washington State MMA
ref, Joe DeRobbio. Order a copy or better yet subscribe to
get the next 4 issues HERE!
For
those attending the fights, be sure to look for the IFL
Street Team Table where one can win a copy of Issue 3
signed by Maurice Smith. Seats
are still available but the venue is expected to sell out
so those wanting to go should act fast. Be sure to check
out NW Fightscene's "Countdown
to Battleground"
where we have 10 interviews with 10 IFL stars, as well as
event and discount ticket information. |
