Junior Middleweights - 4 Rounds Demetrius
Andrade def Patrick Cape by TKO (Ref Stoppage) @ 0:24 Rd 2 Demetrius
Andrade, the #1 prospect from the 2008 US Olympic team,
had little trouble in his pro debut against Patrick Cape.
Andrade immediately took control and towards the end of
the first round landed a thunderous shot to Cape's ribs
that nearly ended it. Cape gamely tried to continue into
the 2nd round but Andrade quickly dropped him with a
straight shot that had referee Paul Field immediately
signaling the fight was over.
Super Middleweights - 8 Rounds
Maxim Vlasov
def Don
Mouton by Majority Decision (77-75, 78-74, 76-76)
Maxim
Vlasov effectively used his 5 inch height advantage to
keep Mouton at bay. Vlasov had a cut open under his left
eye by an accidental head butt in the middle of the fight
but his corner did well to stem the cut, and Vlasov did
well to not let it rattle him. The Russian fighter remains
unbeaten with 15 wins.
