Shayne Simpson's Team Rock Solid Fighters (Pacific Northwest Karate Center)

is hosting UFC Fighter Hermes Franca on Saturday, January 10th.

This will be 5 hours of training starting at 1 PM. 

It will be 2 1/2 hours Grappling and 2 1/2 hours MMA.

Times will be 1 to 3:30 for Grappling and 4:00- 6:30 for MMA.

Cost is $69 for the full day.

Hermes is fighting in the UFC in Feb, so he should be at the top of his game!
