Glena "Heartless" Avila, fighting out of Rose CIty FC, takes on Katie Howard in a pro 115 lb bout in the main event of Rumble at the Roseland 77 in PDX April 5th. Glena spoke to NWFS a month out from the fight about the matchup with Howard, her excitement to be fighting back with the FCFF at the Roseland Theater, the possiblity of her trying out for The Ultimate Fighter, her talks with Invicta FC, and the release of Allan Luebke's full-length documentary film "Glena" which stars Avila.
