Hume's Genesis
Fights promotion took over the newly opened Republiq
located South of Downtown Seattle on Sat, Aug 28th, holding 6 amateur MMA &
boxing bouts, as well as a special viewing of UFC 118
which featured Hume's student, Mario Miranda fighting
against Demian Maia.  
Although
it didn't go Miranda's
way on this particular evening, for the fight fans at the
Republiq, it was still an entertaining night of combat
action. WEC fighter Demetrious Johnson, also a student of
Hume's at his AMC Pankration gym, was on hand and spent
some time addressing the crowd.
