FightNightEntertainment (FNE) is gearing up for their next level of Live Mixed Martial Arts Action on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Swinomish Casino Located at 12885 Casino Drive, Anacortes, WA 98221. 

The event better known as FIGHT NIGHT "Round XVI" Combat At The Cabaret and the series known as Combat At The Cabaret features a major main event bout that has been currently recognized as the independent fight promotion of the year.

FightNightEntertainment (FNE) is featuring former UFC Middleweight fighter and Seattle's own Mario "Super Mario" Miranda versus undefeated Montana's own Jason Zentgraf. 

Mario Miranda

Mario Miranda has a current professional record of 10-3-0, with 4 of those bouts being in the largest promotion in the world, the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Mario has considerable wins over Rick Story, Jose Diaz, Mike "300" Hayes, and David Loiseau. Mario currently is signed to BlackHouse MMA with Ed Soares, which holds some of the toughest fighters in the industry such as Anderson Silva, Lyoto Machida, Junior Dos Santos, and many more. Mario Miranda also fights out of Kirkland, WA's AMC Kickboxing, ran by the recognized and notable Matt "the Wizard" Hume. 

Jason Zentgraf has a current professional record of 5-0-0, with an amazing undefeated line up, and is currently training with Rough House MMA. Jason has considerable wins over Mike Crismon and Roderick Richter in which he holds a ROTR championship belt. Jason is looking to take his career further by signing the deal with FNE and taking on the former UFC fighter, Mario Miranda.
