Excite Fight presented the latest Conquest of the Cage at the Northern Quest Casino with the first ever outdoor MMA event at the casino. Special guests at the event were UFC fighters Urijah Faber, Michael Chiesa, and Sam Sicilia. 11 fights in total took place, including 4 professional contests. In the main event, Joel Thomas returned to the cage after a long hiatus and got NW veteran fighter Clinton Teeples to tap to a heel hook in the first round. In the Co-feature, Jerome Jones got back on the winning track by submitting Adam Smith via 2nd round RNC.
