Patrick Ortiz, Aric Wiseman, and Charles Pearson held Conquest of the Cage at the Northern Quest Casino on Wednesday, March 25th. There were 10 bouts on the evening and plenty of action in all the fights for the crowd and cameras. The night ended with the U.M.M.A. Lightweight Championship between Sikjitsu's Mike Hanks from Spokane and Brandon Olsen out of the Dogpound Submission Fighting camp in Montana. This was a good scrap that ended with Hanks finishing with a slick armbar submission to win the belt. In the 155 lb Co-Feature, Josh "Crazy Legs" Hostetler of Charlie's Combat Club submitted the always dangerous Dustin Blankenship of the White Buffalo Warriors in the first round. The event was aired a couple nights later on FOX Sports NW and will likely be rebroadcast again so check your local listings.
