Chanti Johnson knocks out Roy Bradshaw in the main event

Brian Halquist Productions and the Emerald Queen Casino presented another stellar CageSport MMA show on July 24th with 9 professional MMA fights from the cage featuring some of the best pro fighters from around the Northwest. Long time Ring Announcer, Jimmy Lennon Jr started the show with his classic "It's show time!" and the fights were on!

In the main event, Chanti Johnson, representing the White Buffalo Warriors, and Sikjitsu's Roy Bradshaw went toe to toe for the better part of two rounds before Johnson dispatched Bradshaw via KO. Johnson then ran out of the cage and took a victory lap around the venue! Mr Lennon had to page him back to the cage to announce the official time and raise his hand for another victory. Chanti thanked every one of his past opponents for getting him to where he is today.

Once again 135 lb Female fighter, Sarah D'Alelio, made quick work of her opponent and secured herself a spot as one of the top female fighters in the Northwest. She moves on to 3-0. Sarah would like to thank Melissa for taking the fight on short notice. For precautionary reasons, Steele had to be removed from the cage on a stretcher. She was contacted via Facebook later in the evening and quickly responded that she is doing just fine.

Sterling Ford out of Victory Athletics got another W with a 1st Rd Rear Naked Choke of veteran fighter Carmen Casella. Ford afterwards gave the crowd his thoughts on a rematch with CageSport MMA 155lb Champ, Lloyd Woodard. Ford: "Some of you may wonder why I'm not fighting Woodard in the first place. I'm the #1 Contender. He likes to say otherwise. I've beat everyone else. That makes me the #1 Contender. So if you guys see him peeping around here, tell him to quit talking crap on Facebook and get in the ring."  Later that evening Woodard made is way to the cage and was asked how he felt about having a target on his back & having people calling him out. (With the pro-Ford hometown crowd screaming and yelling obscenities at him the whole time he was talking). Woodard: "Yeah, I like Cheerleaders, cheering for me. They (other fighters) can come out and talk all the trash they want... until they get into the ring. You all know what happens to them [then], and I know what happens to them. So that's what I'm going to do to them." Asked about his future plans: "I plan to train hard, look pretty, and beat people up. I think that's all I have to do. Right?" Followed by more boos and obscenities from the crowd. Fight Fans want to see this rematch!
