Budo Fights returned to The Midtown in Bend OR on Sat Dec 3rd for BudoFights 15: Confrontation. 8 amateur Mixed Martial Arts contests took place, including a title fight and superfight. The main event was to have been a pro bout between Colton Howard and Ryon Harris, but Harris left the facility shortly before the 170 lb contest and the bout was scratched. So the co-main event became the main event and it was Bend's Torryn Heffelfinger winning the Budofights Amateur 155lb belt by finishing Gary Thompson with strikes at 2:42 of the first. In an Amateur 145 lb Superfight, Gracie Barra Portland's Ian King submitted Rogue Combat Academy's Chris Logan late in the 2nd round. Learn more about BudoFights at budofights.com.
