Arlington Kickboxing Academy's Landon Showalter and Joe Rossini held the

3rd Arlington Submission Challenge Sat Oct 10th inside the Arlington High gym and

it was a day filled with solid no-gi grappling action from athletes representing a number of great fight gyms from around the region. The highlight of the event was the action from the Absolute Division and it was pro MMA fighter Robert Malphrus plowing through his matchups unscathed to win the Absolute belt. Team trophy for most submission went to AKA while cash prizes were awarded to the fastest and most technical submissions (see results below).
