MMA presented their inaugural "First Friday Fights" at the
Elks Club in Milwaukie, Oregon on June 5th. A nice crowd was on
hand to take in the evening's 7 amateur bouts, including two title
fights. In the first of these, Tony Buffa secured a Rear Naked Choke at
1:02 of the first round to take home the Welterweight Belt. The main
event saw Jason Sharp take 1:10 to dispatch his opponent via arm
triangle giving him the Light Heavyweight title. The Alive MMA crew will
hold their next "First Friday Fights" event on Friday, August
