Cage Wars MMA presented their third A-Town Throwdown in Arlington WA with a full night of amateur MMA & Kickboxing action, featuring 18 fights and 36 fighters from such camps as Bellingham MMA, Charlie's Combat Club, Arlington Kicboxing Academy, Crisis MMA, Team Onslaught, West Coast Fight Club, Base Fitmass MMA, Full Circle Fight Club, Alderwood MMA, and Victory Athletics. In the main event, for the 145 lb Title, AKA's Ryan Ter subbed C3's Joe Val with a 2nd Rd Guillotine Choke.
 
Promoters Aric Wiseman and Charles Pearson will be holding their next MMA event on May 19th with the 38th edition of the AX Fighting series at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood WA. Two title bouts will be featured with Jonny Gilbertson facing Victor Barajas for the 145 lb Title and Jordan Stjern taking on Ricky Carrillo for the 170 lb Title. More info at axfighting.com.
